Two stage single screw extruder for plastic scrap flakes recycling
Details of the single screw extruder
Gear box
New-style project of parallel three-axises driving makes the convey axis, convey Chain, decelerate and torque get together, which keep it compact, and the key bearings are imported.
The computer designs to optimize gear parameters and strengthen safe overmeasure.
The selected material of drive components is dainty, including super intention alloy, cementite steel, cementite and grinding.
Hydraulic Screen Changer
The de head have two types: Manual whirling and hydranulic pressure screen changer.
Changing screen is easy and finishs within a few minutes.

1. Euro-style rectangle barrel, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
2. Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
3. According to the material and special technics demands, the material of cylinder can use high quality nitrided steel, corrosion proof or anti function with corresponding process.

1. High precision gear box, high carrying capacity, steady driving, low noises.
2. For most applications, standard nitrided steel is used for barrels and screws with high corrosion-resistant. The unusual material can be processed by choosing two species of metals.
3. Super mute blower fan cools barrel with no maintenance.
4. The mater made in Japan keeps the temperature steady and accurate.
5. The die head have two types: Manual whirling and hydraulic pressure screen changer. Changing screen is easy and finishes within a few minutes.
